    The app double booked my room and I didn’t realize it until, of course, I was within 48 hours of booking. I alerted the company immediately, showing that the second booking included none of my personal information (liiiike credit card information?), so I figured it was just an app glitch. Nope! They refuse to do anything about it! So now I’m disputing the charge with my bank and filing a fraud report. STAY AWAY.
