Absolutely shocking experience – booked a hotel in Barcelona for 2 nights, as soon as the money cleared my account I got an email saying my booking has been cancelled and as it was non-refundable I get 0 money back. I did not cancel my booking. Contacted the hotel to see if they ever actually received my reservation and they have not. Total SCAM – customer service inaccessible as the cancelled booking is no longer on the app. DO NOT BOTHER.
