They take your money and then God Help you. I booked my seats via GTG and contacted airline for something else. Just checked with airline on my seat confirmation as GTG had taken money in £100’s total for selection of seat, airline said there is no such reservation of seats. Contacted GTG, they said it is confirmed but it is on sale on Airline site. Told GTG Customer service to resolve issue with airline as i paid GTG the money, they refused saying airline has the money so sort it yourself. I have been bouncing between both, airline is correct as i never paif them directly but GTG refuses to help. I am 100% that GTG has taken money and not paid the airline. THIS IS FRAUD and I would be very keen to get some people with similar experience togather to SUE GTG or contact Ombudsman to get them off trading. This is people’s hard earned money and we are being looted and scammed. How the hell do you guys sleep at night? RUDE AND TERRIBLE PEOPLE AT Customer service. GIVE MY MONEY BACK and others also
