    DO NOT USE! They have cancelled my order even after I informed them I have posted the item I sold, and provided them with a tracking number. They cancelled it due to it being out of the 7 day window which it clearly wasn’t. Now nobody in the customer service team has a clue what they are doing, don’t understand what the problem is and will not solve the issue. I am now without the item and without the funds I am owed. Appalling service clearly trying to scam me
