I bought a flight through hopper and paid extra to be able to change or cancel it and get a refund. I cancelled my flight within an hour and received my money back from hopper but then I noticed a charge from the airline, on my CC. When I contacted hopper they told me that the ticket wasn’t refundable with the airline but when I paid that extra money to cancel or change my flight it said that it was refundable by the airline. I have a screen shot of the document to prove that. Very scammy.
