Gotogate

    long version; I fought booking.com for months after they did not update their apps/communication properly, resulting in a missed flight.They looped me around for weeks, promising refunds, to talk to person X or Y, that they’d call or mail me back. I was stranded abroad for several days before I just took a new flight.After contacting Worldline, I got a full refund despite booking.com refusing to do so. Now, months after this instance, gotogate contacted me in regards to this (as they are partners of booking.com) and showed me the fine print in terms and services and every little thing you can possibly think of to try and state I have no claim/right (despite already having gotten a refund) and they simply try their hardest to make sure they didn’t have to pay anything.In short; An absolutely selfish, unfair and scammy company/partner to other scammy companies.
