SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Was not made aware of monthly “membership” charge in any way whatsoever, I was under the impression it was $5 to talk to someone once. I didn’t even get an answer from the lawyer because she said she needed to log off as soon as I started talking, yet when I checked my statements I saw multiple monthly charges from them. When I called customer service they claimed they could not refund me because I used up my “allotted questions” and agreed to a membership, which was incorrect. Finally, I mentioned that I’d just dispute it with my credit card company and then they immediately said they’d refund the full amount. Unfortunately, the email confirmation/refund I received was only for 50% of the total, so I will be pursuing further action with them.SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
