I got scammed by them and the customer service ignored my dispute even they had proof that their seller never shipped my order ,never responded to my messages , never provided any tracking number . After 3 months waiting for delivery I finally opened dispute ,unfortunately they refused completely to help . I feel very disappointed and frustrated ! I assume that the manager of this company supports their fraudulent merchants to steal people’s money .
