Booked with RailNinjas this morning, and didn’t receive tickets with a vague message about they were busy and couldn’t tell me when I would get them or where I would be seated. Then I got a notification from AMEX that a transaction was pending with a tour company called Firebird Tours. When I clicked on the link they provided AMEX it sent me to a Russian Company called Travel All Russia, which, according to a notice, was not doing business because of the geopolitical situation. This whole thing reeks of scam and fraud. I will be disputing the charge accordingly.
