After being directed to 3 seperate chats to request a refund, they decided to disable the chat so they couldn’t hear me ask for a refund. The top excuses given were “they couldn’t find someone to fulfil the order” and “oh the item you paid for can’t be acquired as it’s not in the loot pool at all”. They say everything’s bigger in Texas and that includes the scam this company offers. So avoid them.
