DO NOT SIGN UP. Absolute rip off for PDF and PRO contracts. I wanted monthly plans to see if the document tools were useful. I found them incompatible with Apple UX and never managed to hack it. But far worse is that somehow, this is an annual plan – with a fixed term annual contract instead of the ‘monthly’ option I thought I’d taken; so that cancellation fees apply, equal to the ‘outstanding months’ of the annual contract. In essence, more onerous than a mobile phone contract, which at least ‘expires’ after the fixed term and becomes rolling monthly. Adobe does not!! There is no point in the Term that you can notify them that you want to end the contract without incurring cancellation fees, other than (I suppose) the last 5 seconds of the annual contract. If you miss that little window? Well, you are in for another whole year. This is a shameful scam and their website cancellation UX is designed to be intentionally obtuse and difficult. I feel so sorry for their help desk if all their customers behave like I did this afternoon when I discovered this.
