I Bought a personalised Dog door mat Dec 2022. After 3 weeks i contacted KADONIMO & got a generic reply saying they were a small company & were very busy. I left it another 2 weeks & asked for an update. I was then told my item was lost & being shipped again. I waited another 2 weeks & asked for an updated & didn’t get a reply. I then emailed 1-2 times each week & asked for a full refund with no luck. After 10 weeks i contacted my credit card company & they have started an investigation. This company are scammers.
