My account was blocked after making an instant sepa transfer. I have not received any email about the reason for the block. I have almost 1500€ at Verse that are blocked without any reason or explanation. I have already sent 4 emails and even sent an email to the complaints department and no one responds. Worst bank ever. A complete fraud!I tried calling the number they have on their webpage and it’s a bot answering automated questions. I paid the price of an international call to spend 5 minutes listening to a bot and there is not even an option to talk to a human. That’s ridiculous. I want access to my money immediately and close the account.
