I paid 43 GBP for the tutorial to show me how to do a factory reset wiping out all my data (this is public information and can be found online for free), I got the Android Unlock package to avoid losing my data and just unlock the phone. Instead I got a tutorial for how to erase all the data on my device, which is available on the internet anyway. AVOID
