As many people already stated, this company is a scam. They don’t provide any real service and the caregivers that are listed on their website are always unavailable/unattainable. A year ago, I had hired a caregiver and most of the time she wouldn’t show up for work. Thank goodness I had an option to work from home. They don’t allow phone calls but they charge $40 a month for no assistance.
