I made a 1000€ Matic buy at 16.04.20231) Predicted fees were 14€. Real fees were 32€! Thats more than a 100% delta. Support just said, it can depend due to region and payment method. But since my region and payment method are fix and chosen before I make the transaction, I can expect a reliable fee prediction. Just imagine I would have bought much more. The fee-spread would be in the hundreds or thousands. This way I stick with binance.2) I am waiting for my credit card bought crypto for HOURS now. Support is nice but cant help or tell me whats the matter other than “technical issues”. Great.I hope, it arrives anyway….. This way, I stick with binance.Its been more hours now. I dont expect the transaction to go through. Hope, they are no scam and charge my money.Update: Transaction went through, all good now. Took half a day. Which is a lot for a credit card purchase which is supposed to take minutes.I give two stars for the kind support and the super late transaction.Fees need to come down and be reliable.
