Seems to be a scam, same story, paid this garbage company and when got to Cancun and Avis, Avis charged me, can’t even get an answer, they want all this documentation which I gave but they are not sure if they owe me money or not, hundreds might be down the drain.. don’t deal with them, go direct to rental car company and I found out as we all can on Google the president of this company, writing him a letter as we all should
