    The worst customer service I’ve ever had. This is the first time I’m writing a negative review about a company because I’m really frustrated and don’t know what else to do. I placed an order on 1st Feb and still have not received it. I first contacted the customer service on 31st March to find out if it had been dispatched. When I received a reply I was really happy as they apologised for the delay and asked if I still wanted the item and if so they were going to give priority and dispatch my order in the next 6 to 7 days. So, I emailed back saying I still wanted my order and would really appreciate if they could give it the priority like the said they would. 2 weeks passed by and I did not get any update on my order so I emailed them again on 13 April and I still have not had any response. Now I’m starting to think I will never receive the order I paid for and it was a scam all along.
