I have spent at minimum 4 hours trying to reach a Customer Support person and writing emails and even reverted to writing a letter. My next step, working with an attorney.I have requested multiple times to cancel my subscription and refund all the associated costs I invested in buying into such an awful SCAM. You gave me such high hope to help me get back my life. I was so happy until I tried to reach Customer Support and vince at his V shred email account, only to be totally ignored. Once again, another so called health guru who are only interested in selling their pills/powders without giving a hoot about the customer.Do your self a favor, research and research more before making any decisions in working with this company. Do not get drawn in like I did as this was my last hope and they said all the right words.REFUND FOR ALL COSTS PLEASE.
