Ordered a pair of bike shoes as per size guide, but too big so returned using the national post ( this is how they were delivered to me.). Just checked today and the item had been refused at the company’s end despite following their returns guide and lodging a return with them. This is clearly a scam. Buyer beware!!!! Avoid at all costs.
