This is possibly a scam company. Paid for a car online 2 weeks before pick up, went to pick up the car the car wasn’t available. Spoke to them and they said they will send an email confirming cancellation and full refund within 24hrs, 8 days later still no email and no refund. Contacted customer service and each time they are telling me it will be 5 – 7 days from my last phone call. Go elsewhere as I’m fairly certain this is a scam company.
