UPDATE: I’ve just received my refund for this, so thanks to Klook for sorting that out.I booked a taxi for Kolkata Airport, paying in full for this ahead of the schedule. The driver was to meet me with my name written on a board. The driver was not there for me (I searched everywhere), and I had no way to contact him (no SIM card or WiFi). So I had to get an airport taxi instead. I informed Klook about this and they refused a refund, telling me it was somehow my fault for the “no-show”. Customer service then had no interest in helping. They’re currently refusing to speak to me on the chat at all. As far as I can see, this is simply a scam company. AVOID!!
