I have used Rentalcars many times in the past without any significant issues. Unfortunately that streak of luck has recently run out. A few days ago my wife had over £3200 stolen from her credit card on a fraudulent transaction from Rentalcars.com. After multiple emails and multiple international phone calls to Rentalcars.com, they decided to randomly refund only 10% of the money stolen from our credit card. After nearly one hour on the most recent international phone call, the customer support agent refused to let me speak with a manager or supervisor as it was apparently against their company policy. Absoulte joke company with zero customer service. They weren’t even concerned with finding the thieves who made the booking using my wife’s stolen card details. This along with their shady policies and shady behavior is leading me to believe that Rentalcars.com have something to do with my wife being scammed. My advice is stay away from this company!
