No information on order- confirmation or status. i went to the website to check my order. they say my email address isn’t recognized, and the require it to check my order status. i never received an order number. the only option to communicate with them is online chat -which only shows chinese text and offers no assistance – chat is just blank. i have been scammed. no product, no tracking number, no communication and the order number on PayPal is not valid on their website. i want a refund, but likely will not see it.
