I have been trying to return an item that I do not like. I I went to their customer service page and clicked on Returns and exchanges. It states that you have to fill out a form and mail everything back within 30 days. There is no form to fill out. I have exchanged 4 emails with them and the last one said I should send them a picture of me wearing the top and they would send me a $20 coupon. I believe they could be considered a scam because you are stuck with whatever you ordered. I will never order anything from them again.
