Same as everyone else – made an order in November 2022, heard nothing, then they said they would refund in February – and have heard nothing since despite many emails and questions on their instagram page – they have blocked me on instagram!! Called the number listed on their website but the number is also listed on another review site as a scam recruitment pest call number!
