After a mostly uneventful rental period I decided to stick with my MacBook for the long haul and make the final payment for purchase. I went online submitted the payment and they processed it not one, two, or even three times, but a total of FOUR times back to back. Now idk about you but using a rent to own model I don’t have an extra appx $430 lying around to spare. Then to top it all off the website has given me two different emails to contact, neither of which being a way to speak to a human being or remedy the situation. I have been left with no choice but to file a charge back to assure I can properly support my livelihood and get the unauthorized funds back. I also attempting to reach out to the BBB as well. I smell a class action lawsuit brewing. Users beware, this place is a scam.
