This company is a scam! Avoid at all cost!!!! They not protected by ATOL!!!They canceled my flight due to change of schedule and it’s been two months and still no money!!!!My cancellation form has been accepted by the airline within 8days but they saying it’s the airline fail not sending the money through for 6weeks. I find it difficult to believe that, They just keep your money!!!!God only knows if they ever give it back. They are absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!!Plus there’s no contact email to write a proper complain! Their website has only a phone nr. The survey box that the consultant asked me to fill in doesn’t have related topic, complain section and it’s only a feedback page so probably no one reads it and frankly no one can reply to your question as it’s anonymous. So you have no way to contact them in writing formally and no way to make formal complain for them to reply. I wonder if this is legal considering that they handle huge amount of costumers money? I booked my return ticket directly with Singapore airline now paying only 50£ more (gotogaye give you misleading prices without the luggage at the start of search so if you add everything at the end you will pay more then you would’ve done directly with the airline). My nerves were not worth it to deal with them again for 50£!!!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOSE MONEY!!!They are scammers!!!!!!
