I paid £11.99 to unlock my SIM card but was asked to pay more halfway through the process. I thought the initial payment was for the complete unlocking process, not just for checking the status. It would be helpful if you could announce the full price at the beginning of the process so that there is no confusion and people do not feel scammed. Although I understand that you have mentioned the terms and conditions, it would be better to be transparent about the pricing structure.
