To AgodaI have a really bad experience with Agoda. I booked hotel and flight through Agoda. I had to cancel the bookings because of my visa problems. I contacted Agoda and they said they will refund my money. It’s been 5 months and i haven’t received it! Once they said they refund it BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT! I contacted them and they said they did not believe me, so they asked me for the bank statement which is a private document. My money just gone, total more than $1000. The flight ticket is the worse! They said it’s refundable after making me wait for 5 months! This is a fraud! Do not book anything from Agoda!
