The customer service point in Malaga Airport is the worst experience we as family (2 adults and 2 smaller children) have ever hat when renting a car – really upsetting. For one, the company is asking for additional car insurance payments even though we had already paid the most advanced insurance option online. This is really like fraud.Secondly, the customer service personal is hostile (the on duty customer agent was Carla), inflexible and completely careless and ignorant about their customers.
