I made a purchase only to be told upon trying to obtain the key that my order had to be checked through the fraud department. This would normally take minutes but could take up to 2 or 3 hours. 4 hours later if heard nothing so I submitted a ticket. Miraculously my keys came through straight after. Then an email replying to my ticket stating my keys had been released and would I be happy to leave a review. Why yes I would! And here it is!
