My self and my wife have had an account each with Betfair for at least 20 years. My wife uses her account once a year. i.e Today. Grand National.WARNING I believe BETFAIR has been hacked. Or are committing FRAUD.My wife found out for no reason and without any warning her account has been closed ? They will not give her access to her account although she answered all security questions OK – They said they would not re-open her account unless she sent them her Driving Licence/Passport & Bank Statement this is very dubious as they already have these when the account was opened ? She asked for all her money to be refunded back to her Bank Account and they have refused unless she sends them her identity documents – surely this is FRAUD certainly THEFT if they will not give her money back out of her account. I urge everyone to report this to ACTION FRAUD how many millions will they be stealing from their loyal customers if this is happening.
