I have been using astropay for a very long time until this one time where I did a UPI deposit of 5000 INR. The payment got expired but the amount was debited from my account and credited to the UPI account. It’s been a more than a week I tried writing email to support and they did respond stating they did not receive the money as per their finance team. I gave them further proof cross checking with UPI reference where it clearly shows it was credited to the account successfully still no response.Either the person the UPI wad registered under has scammed Astropay or they simply don’t care about regular customers.
