I wanted to take a TOEFL iBT at home. During the 10 minute break I did not move a muscle nor leave my testing area. After the break I wasnt able to reconnect to the exam. Long story short – they disconnected me from the exam and accused me of leaving my testing area. After 5 hours of talking to customer service and 6 Proctors I managed to get back to my exam and finish it. Now I am being told that due to all the interruptions experienced during the exam my test wont be graded (interruptions THEY caused…). I dont know w.t.f kind of unprofessional institution this is but if I could I´d give them 0 stars.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM, THEY´LL SCAM THE F OUTTA YOU!!!
