I wish I had read the reviews before booking train tickets in Norway via this website. I received an email upon effecting payment, saying that e-tickets will be provided in a separate email. The email with the tickets was never received and when I enquired about this, I was told that they could not provide tickets as yet since these were not yet provided by the supplier.I realised that this was some kind of a scam when I saw the reviews on Trust Pilot. I somehow, got Ninja to cancel the tickets and refund the money; however, they kept €62 from the total amount paid.I strongly recommend that you keep away from this company, which seems to be registered in Malta. I have even asked the local regulator whether some kind of action can be taken against the company for such ‘illegal’ transactions.PS – I forgot to mention that Ninja charged almost double the actual cost of the train tickets !!
