Complete ScamThought I was making an online reservation directly with the hotel. Tried to cancel my reservation 5 minutes after I made it and they said the cutoff date for my reservation was 2 days before I made my reservation. Never ever deal with these people. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Shame on any hotel that takes reservation through this company!
