They are a complete con they give you one price to unlock your phone once you’ve paid and give them all the phone details they then request a further payment of over £30 they also tell you that it can be done in 2 hours once you’ve paid your money they then tell you it can take upto 10 working days then they tell you it can’t be unlocked i have since found out that my phone was dual sim and all dual sim phones are unlocked I have asked for a refund with no response from them I will be contacting my credit card company as I think this is fraud
