Bought Hell Let Loos of them just to save few quid, after 9 minutes realised this game isn’t really for me. Asked if possible to deactivate steam code and get my refund . They basically said fck-off, no chance. I am on steam many years, got 50 titles in my library and 1 time asked for refund after similar case, steam did that without any problems. In my opinion all this “digital product” excuse is scam, i would understand if i spend hours playing it, but 9 minutes… As I said – you suxx and i will never ever buy any game from you.
