    MyHeritage rep sold me a premium plan, but it got invoiced twice. However, another rep then told me they cannot refund the money, but instead they can compensate the exessive payment in a longer plan. After agreeing on a longer plan, that was promptly invoiced, but the amount of money that they returned was not the sum we agreed upon. I find this a scam!The service is difficult to reach by email. When sending a message, they may call you but then you never get anything written about what you just agreed upon.
