“Refund Policy: Risk-free booking!” – A LIE!We booked and canceled 6 minutes after, and did not get a refund. After calling customer service, they stated that they cannot give us a refund because in the fine print, even though it stated that the refund policy is risk-free and fully refundable, in another section of the fine print it ALSO stated that it is NON-refundable. We asked for at least a credit to stay on another day, and they also said no to that. Horrible scam company, wouldn’t wish anyone to have our experience. Goodbye $420 for nothing.
