Ordered the DNA test kit on an offer, thought oh this might be good! That was on March 30th. It’s now April 11th and literally nothing has been posted. So I checked my emails and found the tracker information. Absolutely astonished to find out it was ‘delivered’ on the 7th April… Nope! And the website has such a horrible user interface! I’m glad I just cancelled my free trial! Lessons learnt about not researching a service before paying for it. £40 down the drain. And I honestly believe this is a scam!
