I thought I was dealing directly with Vienna House Easy Hotel in Stuttgart – in fact I know I was When the confirmation came it was from GAR and they had put me in the Berlin hotel. I raised a cancellation with them but got a reply stating that it would take 7 days. So I phoned Berlin and, 24 hours after booking, they had no record of my reservation.I’ve reported it as a fraud with my bank.This was made with my wife’s card as mine doesn’t work on the internet (another frustration!)
