Paid in full for a two night stay at a nice property. I arrive and property has no record of this and my confirmation means bubkehs. I call/text the 24/7 Agoda customer service lines to no avail. I am stranded and alone. Property is full due to event but eventually grants me a room but I must pay again and the rate is far higher than what I paid with Agoda. No help even when the property is able to make contact. Days later, they refund me and offer $200 in compensation for their fraud, neglect and abuse
