It feels almost like a scam…Horrible, they do not process cancelation requests, disrespecting me as a customer that trusted them and making me feel like it is a complete joke…. They are still “‘processing”‘ my cancelation request from 5 months ago for an order that never came and that was placed almost 9 months ago…. Always the same answer: “we have a long line, your request has still not been processed but we do our best”….. Even a company of 1 can process quicker…. I truly believe they are simply saying it, but not sure what else to do….
