Everything was smooth until payment – they even called me back between confirming the order and paying to check if they can be of any help. However, after my payment went through and the tickets did not appear I got a bit concerned and started googling, only to find out that a number of customers had felt scammed. It didn’t help either that their support phone number or chat support were not responding. Next I pretended to buy another two tickets, delaying entering the credit card data, and that worked: they called me to help me finish the transaction. I brought up my real concern, and they confirmed my transaction, promising to investigate and call me back. That they also did and promised that my tickets would be delivered 1-2 hours before the match. Based on what I had read by other customers I was still sceptical, but I was wrong: the tickets were delivered more almost 3 hours before the match and everything turned out fine. My conclusion thus is that I have no complaints about Seatsnet’s ticket purchase and eventual delivery, but they could increase transparency between purchase and delivery.
