Namecheap is an absolute scam! I bought a short and nice premium domain from it and paid extra money. I waited for 14 days and inquired repeatedly about the transfer delay. They reassured me that everything was normal and in progress. Yesterday they said the domain wasn’t available because the third-party suddenly didn’t own it anymore!! What a joke! I can’t tell if the seller had second thoughts or if this garbage website flat-out lied to me. I filed a complaint since I bought the domain from Namecheap, and they didn’t give a damn. No apology, no compensation, nothing! This company is absolute trash, and I’ll never use it again. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. A ton of their so-called “available” premium domains are just fake. Save your time and your sanity!
