I have been waiting almost 4 hrs for a transaction I made sending my Bitcoin from uphold to my other wallet. I find it very hard to believe whatever it is that needed to be reviewed should take this long and can’t get any reply back from the Uphold customer service. This is very bad for business as they are holding MY FUNDS THAT THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO AND ITS A VERY LARGE AMOUNT. I will never use this service again and have started seeking legal advice on how to proceed this is fraud or stealing as they are not releasing MY MONEY BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU WANT ACCESS TO YOUR FUNDS…Update they cancelled my transaction after over 5 hours of review and told me it was because my selfie FAILED WHAT A CROCK OD CRAP EXCUSE. Then they tell me I’m able to withdraw my funds the way I usually do so I tried that and now that withdrawal has been in review for almost 3 hrs this place just doesn’t want to let me have my funds and I’m gonna write a review just like this on every social media and website I can to warn others NEVER TO USE This SERVICE
