Total scam!! Bought a Pokémon game yesterday and had to talk to Brian on live chat to get it set up. Brian stated the servers were down and didn’t know when they would be back up so I asked for a refund. Brian said they don’t offer refunds even though the website fully states that it does. I quoted the refund policy to him and he replied “I’m not here to explain our policies to you”. Very rude customer service and will be applying for a charge back on my bank account.
