Refunds refused!! They encourage to purchase a plan to to unlimited background checks for $420/yr and don’t tell you up front that they already have their caregivers pay for background checks. I inadvertently hit the button to purchase this then tried immediately to cancel the charge via chat and was denied. I then called my ATM card number and file two charge disputes against them. I will now be trying to completely cancel the subscription. I agree that this is a scam and no way to do business.
